Five core materials

Austenitic Stainless Steel

304 / 316 Stainless Steel…

304 and 316 austenitic stainless steel stands up to heat and corrosion and resists rust, which makes it our main material for soup pots, steamers, milk pans, pressure cookers and vacuum drinkware. Our Chaozhou plant is dedicated to it, at around 500 tonnes a year. Flask liners are electropolished and given a 12-micron copper layer for longer heat retention, and the Himalaya range adds coating-free ceramic-steel fusion with imported enamel on a stainless body.

Titanium cookware and drinkware 99.9% purity

Titanium

Pure Titanium / Composite Titanium / Titanium Cast Iron / Titanium Ceramic…

Aerospace-grade titanium above 99.9% purity, with no heavy-metal migration. Chemically inert, so it never reacts with food; naturally antibacterial and about half the weight of an iron pan. Cold-forged and hardened, it needs no coating. Composite titanium pairs a pure-titanium cooking surface with an aluminium core and refined iron for heat and durability, and our Titanium Era ceramic non-stick fuses titanium with a ceramic base above 1,000 °C: no chemical coating, no fluorine.

Iron

Refined Iron / Cast Iron…

Refined iron is tough, heats fast and gives a proper sear, the classic choice for woks, frying pans and cookware sets. Woks such as Zenas go through a deep nitrogen treatment that seals the body against rust and adds wear and corrosion resistance. The Ledeburg micro-pressure pot and the titanium-enamel pressure pot carry a fluorine-free enamel glaze over a refined-iron body.

04

Aluminium Alloy

3003 Aluminium Alloy / ADC12 Aluminium Alloy…

Aluminium alloy heats quickly and evenly. Our pressure cookers use food-grade 3003 aluminium alloy that meets the national standard, and woks such as Eiffel use ADC12 aluminium alloy. A double-reinforced magnetic stainless base lets them work on induction, gas and other hobs.

Glass

High-Borosilicate Glass…

High-borosilicate glass handles both heat and cold, and lets you see what is inside. The Kingsley temperature-display titanium cup has a thickened, double-walled borosilicate body that stays cool to hold, and our soup pots and woks come with toughened glass lids so you can watch the food as it cooks.
